Viking Line - customer service
Viking Line customer service handles bookings with Viking Line, changes, cancellations and travel documents, as well as questions about cabins, vehicles and dogs on board. Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and at weekends from 09:00 to 15:00 Finnish time and handles bookings for 1 to 9 travellers. The service only accepts changes from the contact person named in the booking, so have your booking number ready.
